About Belayz
Belayz is a ticket sales, membership, and QR check-in/out management system built for climbing gyms. It unifies the sales, membership, and staff workflows that tend to fragment across multiple shops, so head office and individual shops all run on the same operation.
Operational pain points
Reception and ticketing are
more complex than they look.
Climbing gym operations don't fit a generic e-commerce or fitness booking system, because pricing, terms agreements, multi-use tickets, and staff workflows are tightly interwoven.
Operations drift between shops
Sales, members, terms agreements, and staff permissions all live in separate places per shop, so head-office comparisons and handovers take longer than they should.
The front desk jams up at peak hours
First-time signup, consent forms, payment, and check-in all funnel into the same counter, and service quality suffers.
Operating rules become person-dependent
When paper, Excel, legacy systems, and verbal rules coexist, handovers and verification take time.
Missed sales opportunities
It's easy to miss customers who want to buy before visiting, or to lose pre-sales for events and classes.
How Belayz solves it
Ticket sales, membership, and reception
all in one place.
Sell online, verify entry with QR, and operate safely with per-staff permissions. Built to handle unified workflows across multiple shops as well as the hands-on feel of an owner-run gym.
01
Online sales
Customers buy tickets, multi-use cards, and monthly passes before they arrive. Pay by credit card or PayPay.
* PayPay supports one-time payments only. Please use a credit card for monthly subscriptions.
02
QR code issued
After purchase, the QR code shows up on the customer's phone. No paper tickets needed.
03
Scan at the front desk
Staff scan the QR and see expiry, remaining uses, and any ID-check reminders.
04
History recorded automatically
Track entries, exits, purchases, refunds, and usage by shop and by brand.
Features
Everything a climbing gym needs,
from day one.
No need to stitch together generic e-commerce and booking tools — Belayz is tailored to the sales, reception, and membership flow of climbing gyms.
Ticket and multi-use sales
Day passes, multi-use cards, monthly passes, event tickets, and class tickets — sell them in a way that matches each gym's product lineup.
Shop and brand management
Run brand-wide tickets and shop-only tickets in parallel. See sales across multiple shops from head office, while still supporting a single-shop setup.
Per-shop reports
Daily, weekly, and monthly sales, new signups, and entries — aggregated per shop and per brand. See the numbers at a glance from head office.
Staff accounts
Give scan-only access to front-desk staff and broader permissions like refunds and history to managers, role by role.
Membership and terms management
Designed to handle first-time registration fees, brand-level or shop-level terms agreements, and renewal-based memberships.
QR check-in/out management
Scan the QR on a purchased ticket and see remaining uses, expiry, and check-in status on the spot.
Why teams adopt Belayz
Lighten the load on the floor
and open up more ways to sell.
Belayz doesn't just lighten reception — by tying online sales to visit history, it gives gym operators more options to act on.
Faster reception
Purchase and consent done before arrival
Customers buy on their phone and just show the QR on the day. Front-desk staff can focus on verification and guidance.
More sales
Sell tickets even after closing
Move campaigns, events, and monthly passes online to grow purchase opportunities before customers walk in.
Customer experience
A clear experience for your customers
From small gyms to large chains, smooth out the buy → show QR → enter experience while keeping the on-the-ground feel and each shop's own rules.
Use cases
From day passes to monthly passes,
sell and manage them all
with QR tickets.
Create brand-wide products and shop-only products. Operations previously run on an existing system, paper, or Excel can be mapped onto the product and membership model with relative ease.

How rollout works
Start small,
expand as you need to.
Rather than forcing changes on existing workflows, we migrate step by step while organizing your current ticket types and reception rules.
-
1
Discovery interview
We organize product types, registration fees, terms agreements, per-shop rules, and staff permissions.
-
2
Product and shop setup
We configure brand-wide tickets, shop-only tickets, multi-use cards, monthly passes, and more in Belayz.
-
3
Reception trial
Walk through QR scan, check-in, and history review on the staff screen.
-
4
Phased rollout
Multi-shop operators can start with a subset of shops or a subset of products; a single shop can start with its main tickets.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. Front-desk staff just scan the QR and read the result. Admin-side screens for product setup, staff permissions, and similar tasks are also tailored to gym operations.
-
Roll up sales, membership, and check-in status from each shop at head office, while delegating permissions step by step to shop managers and scanner staff. Small gyms with 1–2 shops can start lightly, and the permission, product, and terms design expand as more shops come online.
-
We organize your current ticket types, remaining uses, membership tiers, and terms-agreement workflow, and map your existing system or manual operation onto Belayz's product and membership model.
-
No. Customers can purchase tickets and display the QR code right in a web browser, so you don't have to carry the burden of guiding them through an app install.
